Embroidered Items:
- Gray & Black items are embroidered in cardinal red/maroon.
- Red items are embroidered in white.
Delivery:
All orders received by the 14th of the month will be delivered to Cascade View
Elementary by the 7th of the following month. For example, orders received by
January 14th, will be delivered by February 7th.
Orders shipped:
If you choose to have your order shipped, there will be an additional charge
based on the cost of shipping. Contact us at 425-831-2024 if you prefer to have
your order shipped.
Returns:
We go to great lengths to ensure all orders are filled accurately, on time and
of the highest quality. For custom orders, please make sure all personalization
is correct and without errors. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names,
or words. Once an order has been personalized, it can only be returned for our
errors or defects in workmanship. We will immediately repair your item(s) and
make is right. Please contact us at 425-831-2024 before returning any goods to
ensure your return is handled quickly and accurately.
A 15% Restocking Charge will apply to all cancelled orders not yet personalized.
