All apparel on the site must be embroidered with Center for Human Services logo in approved company colors on the left chest location unless otherwise requested.  Pricing shown on each choice is for the item only.  Please note additional charges you will add to your cart at the end of your shopping experience which apply to add Center for Human Services logo embroidered crisply on the left chest of all clothing or front panel of hats:

1 - 11 pieces @ $6.50 per item
12 - 47 pieces @ $4.00 per item
48 + pieces @ $2.75 per item
 
   **SPECIAL NOTE:  Each quarter, the total items ordered by Center for Human Services will be combined to give each employee/supporter the best quantity discounts available.  Your Company Strore Representative will contact you regarding details on your order.  Please note DEADLINES listed below.  Orders placed by the following dates will be delivered with decoration 2-4 weeks from the deadline date pending product availability.
 
Preliminary Pre-Order Period Closes January 6, 2010
 
1st Quarter Deadline:  February 20, 2010
2nd Quarter Deadline:  May 20, 2010
3rd Quarter Deadline:  August 19, 2010
4th Quarter Deadline:  November 18, 2010
