All of the prices listed in this web site are Retail Prices and do not include
any embroidery or screen printing charges. Embroidery and Screen Printing can
be done at an additional cost. However, please keep in mind that your embroidery
or screen printing charges are based on the total quantity of garments being ordered
and in most cases these charges a minimal.
EMBROIDERY: No all logos can be embroidered. The more complicated the logo is and the more
colors a logo has, the more difficult it is to have that logo digitized for embroidery.
Small text and details are usually a problem in embroidery. Also because of cost,
the majorities of logos are embroidered on the left crest and are small. Full
back embroidery can be very expensive. We will let you know if a logo is or is
not a good candidate for embroidery before we take your order.
DIGITIZING: In most cases we do not charge for digitizing a logo for embroidery as long
as the customer can supply us with their artwork in a "VECTOR" format. We accept
electronic artwork in PDF, AI and EPS vector formats. Please check with the company
that created your logo and ask them to give you a copy of the artwork in one of
these formats. We only accept clean, camara ready artwork. If your artwork needs
to be converted to vector by us, an additional artwork charge will be apply to
your order. Your will be informed and must approve these charges before the work
can start.
SCREEN-PRINTING: Screen Printing is based on the number of colors and the number of locations
being imprinted. Setup charges, therefor, are also based on colors and locations.
If you would like for us to screen-print your items, you need to supply us with
artwork in a "VECTOR" format. We accept electronic artwork in PDF, AI and EPS vector
formats. We only accept clean, camara ready artwork. If your artwork needs to
be converted to vector by us, an additional artwork charge will be apply to your
order. Your will be informed and must approve these charges before the work can
start.
PLACING YOUR ORDER: Please select and add all of the items you want to your "SHOPPING CART". Once
you have selected all of the items you want, please submit your cart. This will
send us an e-mail with your order. Once your order is received, we will send you
an Order Confirmation within 5 days. If you do not receive an e-mail from us after
this time, please contact us.
Once your order has been completed, you will be contacted by us to make arrenments
for pickup or shipping. If you are having the order shipped to you, then shipping
charges will be applyed to your order. Shipping charges are based on weight and
location. We will let you know your shipping cost before the order is shipped
to you. All orders being shipped need to be pre-paid. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD
and DISCOVER.
