Orders are shipped directly to your home and can be placed at anytime (though they are processed every Friday*). This online portal uses a secure payment system that accepts credit cards, bank cards and PayPal. Shipping is free on all orders.
Please note: The Community Hospice logo will be embroidered on the left chest in one color. On all dark items purchased the thread color will be silver and on light colored items the thread color will be navy. Once items are embroidered they cannot be returned. Please view the sizing "Spec Sheet" or "Product Measurement" for each item before placing your order.
On the ordering grid, please indicate the quantity by the size you are requesting.
