This includes sport shirts, denims, twills, oxfords, jackets, sweatshirts, vests…just to name a few. Each item is custom ordered and custom embroidered by Monograms. Monograms has made it easy for employers and employees to order company logo clothing and accessories. Our online ordering system was developed to do just this! So once your logo is converted to embroidery stitches, you're employees are ready to go.
Company Stores
For those companies who want to choose specific clothing and accessory items for employees based on company policy, etc., a Monograms Company Store is just what you need. We help you select the items that will best fit your needs.
Minimum Order and Volume Discounts
For your convenience, there are NO minimum orders – order one or 100 – another reason why Monograms is so successful.
Logo Setup
Monograms makes it easy for customers to get their logo set-up. Upload your logo and submit your order and within two business days our Art Department will email you a proof to assure that we are setting up your logo exactly how you would like it. Once you have approved the art, we convert your image into stitches that will embroider beautifully. For your convenience and assurance, we then e-mail you a sew-out photo displaying your embroidered logo. Once you approve the design, we are ready to embroider the clothing that you have ordered online.
NEED a logo? You may use the online logoizer to add text to any of the hundreds of clip art designs to create your own logo. Click "Add decorated item to cart" and you are done. A copy of your new logo will be sent with your order.
ALREADY have a logo? Simply upload your logo when you check out your shopping cart. You may add text at no additional fees by using the logoizer.
Digitizing Fee? Weather you design a new logo or upload a existing logo a one-time setup fee of $35.00 to convert your logo to embroidery stitches will be automatically added to your cart. (Complex designs may require additional fees)
Logo Setup Credit
If your initial order is over $750.00 we will credit your account with a one-time logo setup charge. You can mix styles, colors and sizes in order to meet the qualifications to receive your setup charge back. You will also receive additional savings based on a volume ordering, which is part of our on-line ordering system.
Logo Revisions
No problem! If the need arises for you to make a revision(s) to your logo, we are happy to help! Revisions are usually things such as adding or subtracting text (at no additional cost). If the revision requires more than just adding or subtracting text the charge typically runs from $25-$50. Please feel free to contact Monograms to receive an estimate on your specific revision.
Payment
We understand the unique needs of all of our customers so we offer a variety of payment options.
Pay Pal: Our shopping cart is directly connected to pay pal. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to process credit cards.
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card.
Pay by Check: Send your personal check or money order to the address below. Shipping may be detained with this option.
Schools and Government: We accept purchase orders from schools and government agencies. All you need to do is select the option at the time of checkout, fax your purchase order and tax exempt number to (801) 943-5234 and we will take care of the rest.

Return Policy
Monograms is proud to stand behind our products and our embroidery. Monograms products are custom ordered and custom embroidered, and therefore, cannot be replaced or credited for customer sizing error. However, if you are ever unhappy with the quality of any product, for any reason, we will make it right. If you have a concern, please call. You will always be greeted with a helpful attitude and a smile.
TERMS and CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
An authorization is obtained from a designated representative of the company give Monograms the right to produce the Trademark/Logo. An authorization will be faxed immediately following the request.
Monograms does not assume responsibility for corporate client/customer-provided merchandise due to faulty material or machine operation. Monograms takes every precaution to produce quality work.
If a customer cancels their order after garments are received, they are responsible for a 20% restocking fee.
If for any reason corporate client/customer does not follow through with written agreement, they agrees to pay all collection costs incurred, including attorney’s fee and court costs.
Monograms is not responsible for liability associated with wearing of purchased items.
