Prices are valid for sizes S-XL, call for pricing for additional sizes. After
placing an order on this site a representative will contact you to review order
prior to filfullment. Custom Orders require 7 - 10 business day lead time.
5% surcharge on order will be assessed for any payments via PayPal.
