WILL BE PROCESSED, DECORATED, DELIVERED ON SCHEDULE BY JUNE 16, 2012 Orders submitted by May 26th will be processed/delivered by 6/16. **NOTE - if you require your items sooner than the posted order date - please let us know in the special comments section of your shopping cart and we will get it completed for you if the production schedule permits** *Please note - when you submit your on-line order, you will immediately get a confirmation window saying that your order was submitted. On each order date or the next business day, we review the e-mailed orders we receive from your on-line entry and then send you your order confirmation, total pricing with shipping, handling and sales tax costs and Invoice for your order. If you do not receive your order confirmation it may have been spam blocked or your e-mail address you entered on our order was incorrectly entered....please email program coordinator Frank Calieri at fpcalieri@aol.com and request your confirmation page/order invoice. Orders typically take between 10-15 business days to process, receive goods, decorate and deliver. (**if items are on backorder - we will attempt to continue your order within the timeframe - if not the next period of delivery will apply to your order) All items will include an embroidered Inner Harbor Yacht Club Logo. Specifically on hats, the IHYC Burgee will only be on the front and IHYC text will be embroidered on the back. Two specific New Era Hat styles are immediately available for purchase from your supply officer at the club. Via the website, there are hundreds of items to choose from. Please note that you will be responsible for any order incorrectly placed due to wrong item, size or color choice. Items once ordered and/or decorated cannot be returned. Please utilize the size specification page for your reference to make the correct size selection for your item prior to submitting your order. If you need help ordering or have any questions, we will make every attempt to help you via telephone or e-mail with the process. Review the website and INQUIRE click on the items you are interested in and remember to specify your Logo Choice within your COMPANY NAME and IMPRINT INFORMATION section of your information page. You will be return e-mailed with an order confirmation for the goods you requested based upon your item choices, sizes, colors and approximate S&H and sales tax costs. Please enter all information necessary to avoid any delays with your order. If you do not qualify for the FREE SHIPPING OFFER....Approx. Shipping/Handling costs are based upon the following; Order Subtotal = $15-30 ($6.50 MINIMUM S&H), $30.01-45.00 ($8.00 S&H), $45.01-60.00 ($9.50 S&H), $60.01-$75.00 ($12.00 S&H), $75.01-90.00 ($14.00 S&H), $90.01-105.00 ($16.00 S&H), $105.01 & ABOVE (WILL BE QUOTED) You will be returned e-mailed with your exact S&H costs when the orders are processed bi-weekly along with your bottom line invoice amount. When the orders are processed and you receive your invoice, individuals can make payments by Cash, Money Order or Check payable to "INNER HARBOR YACHT CLUB." Orders will be processed "in-good faith" without receiving a pre-payment from you.
