Welcome Independence High School Staff!!
Please use this site to order your staff polo's and jackets. The price of each garment includes embroidery of a predefined logo.

The logo will resemble the one shown above on this site. (EXCEPTION: The ladies v-neck t-shirt required a different logo for production reasons.)

After you have submitted your order it will be emailed to a sales representative at NBN Sports. Your payment can then be made in a few different ways:

1.) You may call NBN Sports at 408-275-9448 and pay with your credit card over the phone. Please indicate that you are a memeber of the IHS Staff and provide your order reference number.

2.) You may write a check payable to NBN Sports, Inc. and mail it to:

Please include a printout of your order and write the order reference number on the check.

3.) Lisa Baker at IHS can also collect check and cash payments.

4.) Come by and see us at the office!!! We love visitors!!

Orders will be collected until ** OCTOBER 28, 2011 ** and then you can expect approximately two weeks for production. Additional orders will be placed throughout the year but will not go into production until minimum quantities are received.
