What is Screen
Printing?
Screen printing is the process of apply platisol
inks to garments. It is very durable and can hold up
to washing very well. It cannot however be
dry-cleaned. We are capable of printing up to six
colors on your garments.
I have a logo, can you use that?
Absolutely. Shoot us an email with your logo and
we'll be glad to take a look at it and give you a
firm estimate as to setup charges and printing
charges.
Other
Screenprinting considerations
Printing on Dark garments with light inks require
double prints and such are treated as 2 color print
job. This is to insure that you get good coverage on
your apparel and also to minimize any bleed through
of the fabric's underlying colors.
Printing Colors other that white on dark jerseys
sometimes require a white under base so the top
color will be bright and vibrant on the garment.
(Example Red on Royal Blue). To do this will require
an additional screen charge and will count as a 2
color print.
Screen Setup Charges on
initial orders.
$25.00 per color per location (One time). $10.00 per
screen reset and cleaning fees for new order |
Embroidery Charges
Flat items are priced per
1000 stiches. Please send us an example of what you
want embroidered and we will give you an estimate of
the charges. Setup charges do apply.
Minimum Embroidery Charge is $5.00 per piece.
Team Names on back of
hat - $3.00 (no setup)
Individual names on back of hat - $5.00 (no setup)
Individual numbers on back of hat - $3.00 (no setup)
Setup/Digitizing Charges.
Most setups run in the range of $25.00 - $75.00
dollars for flat items or custom graphics. Send us
your artwork for an estimate of setup charges and
embroidery charges. |
