All the items on this site are available for purchase and will be embroidered with the Lions Eye Bank of Oregon logo. Payment is through PayPal, using a credit card or PayPal account. The site is run by Proforma, a supplier of promotional products and wearables.

When you purchase items from this site you not only support the Eye Bank and Eye Donation by displaying the Lions Eye Bank of Oregon Logo; in addition, 5% of every purchase is returned to the Eye Bank as a general donation.

There are no minimum orders - you may select just one of any item. Orders will be placed automatically twice a month, which means you will receive your order within two to four weeks.
