No Set-Up Charges: Free digitizing is limited to left chest and cap size logos up to 6000 stitches
for THREADS' use for product delivery. To qualify for waiver of set up charges, customer must supply clear resolution
art files up to seven (7) colors or use one of our stock designs with or without drop in text.
Free Shipping: Shipping is by ground service with the carrier of THREADS' choice, usually UPS,
DHL or US Post Office Priority Mail.

Do the prices include embroidery?
Yes, up to 6000 stitches in one location. About 80% of left-chest and cap designs
are under 6000 stitches so that usually covers it. If a design is over that allowance,
it is $0.50 more per 1000 stitches. So, for example, a 8000 stitch design would
be $1 more per item.
What is the minimum order? Can I order less than that?
The minimum is just 6 items. You can order less but there are additional charges and the turnaround might
be a little slower. You would add $3 to the catalog price and shipping would cost
$6-12 depending on the weight.
Do I save more, the more I order?
We offer discounts off the published price depending on how many you order.
24-47 items = 5% discount. 48-71 items = 10% discount. 72-144 items = 20% discount.
(For orders above 144 pieces, we will provide a custom quote.)
How long will it take?
Turnaround time is 7-10 business days, plus shipping time to you, on orders up
to 144 pieces. We can generally beat that so let us know if you have a preferred
delivery date and we will verify stocks and production time.
What is the charge for shipping?
Shipping is free for orders of 6-items or more.
Do you have to order all the same sizes and colors in a particular item?
Nope. You are totally free to mix and match within your order. Different sizes,
colors and even styles such as some caps, some tees, some polos. As you can see
here in our catalog, there are price breaks at different quantities such as one
price for 6-23 and a lower price for 24-47. You get the price on all items based
on the quantity of your whole order. 6 tees plus 6 polos plus 12 caps =24. Each
item would be priced with the 24-47 discount.
What is the estimated cost for digitizing and/or setup of my design?
With a clear art file and a design appropriate for embroidery, there are no set-up
charges on 6-item minimum orders of apparel/products from our catalogs or on 12-item
minimum orders of our Embroidery Only services. Proofs will be supplied in electronic
file format.
What file format do you need for my logo?
We can read almost all PC file formats. Our preference is a clean digital image
in a BMP or TIF file but you can send us what you've got and we'll let you know
if we can use it. Try to include the font files for logos with text or let us
know what font you are using, font information can be lost in transmission of
a file.
Do you guys do any type of embroidery or printing with college team logos?
We can't embroidery any design or image that is copyrighted or is a trademark
without the express permission of the copyright owner. We can do generic images
or we have several mascots in our stock design catalog.
Can you add a name on the right chest?
Yes, personalization adds $5 per item. There are of course some size limitations
of what we can fit on some items. If all you want is personalization and don't
have a logo you are putting on all items, that is treated as a below-minimum order.
