How Ordering Works (Simple & Business-Friendly)

Step 1: Select Your Apparel
Browse the Custom Casuals catalog and choose the items, colors, sizes, and quantities you need for your project.

Step 2: Build Your Order List
Add all desired merchandise to your cart. This submission serves as your order request and does not finalize pricing or production.  You can write the products down in an email to send to us or on a spreadsheet, make sure item descriptions, color, size, and quantity are captured so we can build your order if not done through your cart.

Step 3: Custom Quote & Review
Once submitted, we review your order for availability, logo placement, stitch counts, and embroidery requirements. You will receive a complete custom quote—including embroidery pricing and any one-time digitizing—within two business days.

Step 4: Approval & Production
Orders move into production only after quote approval, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and professional results from start to finish.

Embroidery & Customization

Our embroidery pricing is based on stitch count, logo size, placement, and quantity—not apparel price tiers. This ensures fair, scalable pricing whether you’re ordering a few items or outfitting an entire team.

• Left chest, sleeve, back, and multi-placement options available

• Durable embroidery suitable for daily wear and industrial laundering

• Flame-resistant embroidery threads available upon request

• One-time digitizing fee for new logos (no fee for repeat orders using existing files)

Volume discounts may apply for larger projects once your inquiry is reviewed.
