**PLEASE READ - DIFFERENT PRICING FORMAT **
Please use this site to order your staff polo's and jackets. PRICING on the individual product pages does NOT include the embroidery. The embroidery costs will automatically be added during the check out process. Although this is a different format from last year, the pricing works out the same. This change was for administration ease of use. If you have any questions feel free to call NBN Sports.
The logo will resemble the one shown above on this site. (EXCEPTIONS: The ladies v-neck t-shirt and the Caps may requires altered logos for production reasons.)
After you have submitted your order it will be emailed to a sales representative at NBN Sports. Your payment can then be made in a few different ways:
1.) You may call NBN Sports at 408-275-9448 and pay with your credit card over the phone. Please indicate that you are a member of the IHS Staff and provide your order reference number.
2.) You may write a check payable to NBN Sports, Inc. and mail it to:

4.) Come by and see us at the office!!! We love visitors!!
Orders will be collected until ** October 23, 2015 ** and then you can expect approximately two weeks for production. Additional orders will be placed throughout the year but will not go into production until minimum quantities are received.
