You must pay in full when ordering merchandise. Merchandise will be shipped to the Support Connection office, 40 Triangle Center, Suite 100, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. Support Connection will call you when delivered. Pick up will be arranged at their office or items can be mailed to you for a fee based on quantity ordered.
