Here are the answers to some commonly asked questions:


1. If you are having trouble with the shopping cart, please try the following:

- Use a different browser than Google Chrome

- Try using a "new incognito window"or deleting your browsing history.

- Try using a mobile device, like a phone, instead of a laptop.


2. If you want personalization, you will have a chance to enter that before payment.  Please follow the prompts. 

 If you do not select a font for your embroidered name, the default font is block.


3. Orders will be bagged and distributed as usual, no shipping charges apply.


4. Contact Pati at Robben’s Nest Stitchery with any additional questions.

5. Be sure to select the logo you want embroidered on your garments.  If no selection is made, the default logo is the P logo.
