VERY IMPORTANT: If you have never purchased from us before, we strongly recommend that you bring your child in for a fitting. We can not guarantee the sizes if you do not have a fitting or if you have never purchased from us before.

TO PLACE AN ORDER: Please select the item or items that you would like to purchase and add these items to the "Shopping Cart". Once you have selected the items that you would like to purchase, then please submit your selection. This will send us an e-mail with the items that you have selected.

ORDER PROCESSING: After we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail within 5 days with your Order Confirmation. If you do not hear from us after 5 days, please call us and check on your order. Once your order has been completed, we will contact you via e-mail to inform you that the order is ready and to make arrangements for delivery.

SHIPPING: You can select to have the items ship direct to your home. Shipping charges will apply if you select to have the items ship direct to you.

PICKUP: If you select to pick up at our store, please make arrangements with us before coming over.
