Methods of Payment

 

• Direct Bill, please provide purchase order number. Credit references must first be approved.

   

• Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

   

Incentive Marketing Group will show on your statement as the vendor.

 

The CVC code is located in one of two places on the credit card:

On the white signature strip on the reverse side of the card the CVC code is a 7-digit number. On the signature strip of some older cards, users may find the credit card account number repeated, followed by a 3-digit number.  Please provide the 3-digit number as the CVC code. Other users may find the 7-digit number on the front of the card in one of the four corners.

 

 

Shipping & Expedited Services

·        All orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours via ground freight service. 

·        If  shipping to a residence, please indicate this in the Special Instructions section.

·        Expedited service is available.  Please contact Incentive Marketing Group at 1-800-336-1810 for stock availability and rush service processing. 

·        Freight charges will be added to the invoice. 

  

Sales Tax Charges

 

Shipments to Georgiaand North Carolinawill have applicable sales tax added to invoice.

 

 

Returns

We hope that you will be satisfied with your merchandise, but understand if there is a need for a return or exchange. A restocking fee may apply for certain returns. Follow these steps to return an item:

1.     Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order receipt.

 

2.     Obtain a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service at 1-800-336-1810. 

3.     Include a copy of the original packing slip that accompanied your order.

4.     Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside label and ship to:
