Fill out the form with as much information as possible and then click "Send."

Prices listed in this catalog are best used for budgeting your project. Actual prices vary based on decoration and quantity ordered. Prices do not include decoration such as embroidery or screen printing. Discounts apply for orders over 12 pieces. Shipping is through UPS Ground. Orders take approx. 2 to 4 weeks for delivery if embellished. You may call with your credit card info anytime at (209) 532-6854.
