Your Polos will be embroidered with the MVP group logo on the front left chest and your state location will be embroidered on the right sleeve. 

***If you desire a polo for a different state than you reside, please email the shirt request to Pastor Dawn for customization at info@mvpifs.com***

Men's Polos are available:    Small - 6XLarge 

Ladies' Polos are available:  XSmall - 4XLarge 

Due to the fact that your shirts are custom embroidered, there are NO RETURNS ALLOWED.   Please be sure to order your correct size. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

The shipping is a flat $10.00 (includes up to 5 polos in one shipment)

The shipping cost is $18.00  (includes 6-10 polos in one shipment) 

Production time: Please allow up to 14 days for the production of orders before shipping.
