A Word On Pricing

Prices on the Showshirts website are designed to be 'flat rate' regardless of location and are all inclusive, BUT sometimes there is a glitch.

  1. The assumption is made that the price of t-shirts remains within a certain bracket. Sometimes we get a particularly good deal when processing your order. As soon as it becomes apparent you will be notified, and refund of any over payment happens when the shirts are shipped.
  2. We have to assume that your order will be predominately standard size shirts for standard size people.  Since 2XL and larger shirts are considerably more expensive than small through extra-large shirts; if your order is for an unusually high number of oversize shirts we reserve the right to decline the order at standard pricing. You will be notified within a business day if there is ever such an issue. What is an "unusually high" number of oversize shirts? It depends on a number of variables. The actual price of a blank shirt changes weekly, and the difference between a standard size shirt and an oversize shirt varies with it because oversize shirts NEVER are 'on sale' from the manufacturer. Another consideration is that a 2XL shirt may cost half as much as a 4XL shirt and though we sell shirts up to 10XL (yes, that is huge) there is just no way to factor oversize shirts into a flat rate price.
  3. Youth shirts occasionally go through times without decent pricing and adjustments may need to be made to standard pricing on orders during such pricing events. This is an unfortunate though rare, occurrence. Sometimes these situations only last a week; so we do not change the flat rate price on the site. We would just have to go through changing it back in a few days. You will be contacted in the event this unlikely situation affects your order.

A Word On Shipping

Our default Embroidery and Screen Printing facility is located in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Embellished garments ship the day printing or embroidery is completed. The following business day is 'day one.'Shipping times are quoted in business days.

We also print in Chicago and Nevada. Facilities are chosen based on our production schedule, your event date, blank shirt availability, shipping cost, and other factors. At this time you may not choose a production facility.

A Word On RUSH SERVICES

Yes we can often accommodate a rush order. There is a fee. It is not negligible. It is always preferable to plan ahead of events but we understand that sometimes things happen and we'll help out any way we can.  Please understand that occasionally there is just no way to push your order through, and when that happens we will say "no." 

Rush jobs are completed in less than 7 business days after the final approval of your art and are subject to a 30% addition to your total. We do ask that you call ahead first to make sure we are able to handle your rush job as we do not always have an open spot on our presses for such jobs. Since we warehouse shirts RUSH charges only apply to production fees, not the shirt itself.   

It is less expensive to pay for rush production than rush shipping.

When available from receipt of art approval & arrival of merchandise

  • Rush Charges of 30% (5 – 6 business days)
  • Rush Charges of 40% (3 – 4 business days)
  • Rush Charges of 50% (2 business days)
  • Rush Charges of 100% (1 Business day)

A Word on Production

  • Our sales office runs on Pacific time, that is Noon to 8 PM Eastern Time.
  • "Production" starts when the art department in Florida receives your art proof approval.
  •  We are always available to help you out with your art, colors sizes and anything unique to your order. Itis always best to plan well ahead of your event.  As soon as you book the show give us a call and we'll talk about art, deadlines, and colors.

A Word on ART

  • If you have not purchased the media kit for the show you are producing, we will help you design art for your production.
  •  Although we can accept a large number of formats our art department works in CorelDRAW! X5. Preferred formats are CDR, EPS (vector), AI (ver 9 is most compatible across platforms) or other vector art saved as PDF.
  • We will redraw your art if need be but it will be an artist's version of your art.
  • Up to an hour of art time per design purchased is included in our price.
  • High Resolution TIFF or JPG files are preferred for Digital Direct To Garment printing. High Resolution means 300 dpi at full size. that is 3000 x 3000 pixels for a 10" square. JPG and TIFF files should be sent unprocessed if at all possible.
