Pricing:

Pricing is displayed for informational purposes and reflects the minimum quantity.  Quantity discounts will be applied to your written estimate as applicable.  A written estimate with all charges (actual per unit price, shipping, sales tax, applicable setup charges, etc.) will be emailed to the ordering person prior to any order being placed.  Approval of the estimate is required before the ordering process will begin.

Delivery:
