Wholesale Information
If you register online your prices will be set up for our $300.00 wholesale minimum
order. Please allow 24 business hours for your account to be activated.
If you plan on buying a larger quantity please call 1-877-7headquarters (1-877-743-2378)
to negotiate pricing.
Credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Retail Shipping:
Canada adresses average $21.00-25.00 shipping for a queen size blanket. These charges may not appear on your order but will be added to your invoice at time of shipment. If you are having problems with your order please call 801-280-6200 to order over the phone. You are responsible for brokerage fees, duties & taxes.
Express Mail is available for an additional fee. Please call or email for quotes and instructions to add to your order.
Returning Merchandise
If you need to return merchandise, please request a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number by emailing us at contactsales@headquarterswholesale.com. In the email, please indicate what items you are returning, the reason for
the return and what action you would like us to take. We will send you an RMA
number to be included with your return. Please note that we do not refund shipping
for any reason. If you received free shipping, actual shipping charges will be
deducted from your refund. Refunds only apply to retail purchases. If you purchased
wholesale you may exchange your merchandise if in original packaging/condition
within 30 days of purchase. We do not reimburse any shipping of any kind at any
time. There is a 10% restocking fee on all exchanges and returns.
Merchandise damaged during shipping
All shipments are fully insured, and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly.
If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right
to refuse it. Should damage occur during shipment, notify Shipper (UPS, FedEx,
DHL or USPS) immediately then contact us. Do not dispose of original shipping
cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by shipping inspectors may
be necessary. Please take pictures of item and packaging. If a Parcel Post package
arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage, then notify us.
