Tax will be added for all orders shipped to an address within the state of Utah .

Canceling or Changing Orders:
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with Headquarters Wholesale, please call 1-801-280-6200 as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Wholesale Information

If you would like to setup a wholesale account or for your free wholesale login with password that shows pricing and more you may register online, call 1-877-743-2378 or 1-801-280-6200, write, email or fax.

If you register online your prices will be set up for our $300.00 wholesale minimum order. Please allow 24 business hours for your account to be activated.
If you plan on buying a larger quantity please call 1-877-7headquarters (1-877-743-2378) to negotiate pricing.

Payment Methods
Credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Other Payment Methods: Wire Transfers, COD (wholesale only with prepaid shipping), Money Order, Bank Deposit, Paypal, 90 Days Same as Cash (OAC) and *Check (*ask about check limitations if using this method).

Retail Shipping:
•We use UPS in the USA (48 states), UPS in Canada , Alaska and Hawaii are USPS unless otherwise specified (may have additional charges). Shipping to any other country is additional; you are responsible for duties & taxes.
• Canada adresses average $21.00-25.00 shipping for a queen size blanket. These charges may not appear on your order but will be added to your invoice at time of shipment. If you are having problems with your order please call 801-280-6200 to order over the phone. You are responsible for brokerage fees, duties & taxes.

• APO addresses are billed actual shipping charges USPS (average $21.00). These charges may not appear on your order but will be added to your invoice at time of shipment. If we are shipping to an APO, millitary or outside of the USA addresses your package will be boxed but may not be taken to the post office for a few days as we only drop off packages a few times a week.

•   We only ship USPS for our millitary customers or customers in Alaska and Hawaii or outside of the USA, all other packages are sent UPS.
•Express Mail is available for an additional fee. Please call or email for quotes and instructions to add to your order.
•Expedite your order to assure *same day shipments for an additional fee of $7.00 per order. Please call or email for instructions to expedite your order. *Monday-Friday orders placed before MST excluding holidays. *Does not apply to wholesale orders.
Wholesale Shipping:
Shipping rates depend on the quantity and type of product ordered. Standard FedEx, UPS and DHL shipping rates apply. Please email or call for a quote. Ask about shipping discounts for 200lbs or more shipped to a commercial area. (If shipping with DHL or UPS reduced rates also apply to residential) Ordering by container? We can ship with our semi-truck to your location! Container size is 40-48 ft and holds approx 1800-2000 blankets. Ask for a quote today! 

Returning Merchandise
If you need to return merchandise, please request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at contactsales@headquarterswholesale.com. In the email, please indicate what items you are returning, the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take. We will send you an RMA number to be included with your return. Please note that we do not refund shipping for any reason. If you received free shipping, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds only apply to retail purchases. If you purchased wholesale you may exchange your merchandise if in original packaging/condition within 30 days of purchase. We do not reimburse any shipping of any kind at any time. There is a 10% restocking fee on all exchanges and returns. 
 
Merchandise damaged during shipping
All shipments are fully insured, and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Should damage occur during shipment, notify Shipper (UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS) immediately then contact us. Do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by shipping inspectors may be necessary. Please take pictures of item and packaging. If a Parcel Post package arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage, then notify us.
