General Info
- To request a quote just proceed with your order like normal. During the process
you will see an option for quotes. We will receive your request and will get back
with you with your quote within 48 hours. You may also call our convenient toll
free phone number (1-877-727-1519) during our business hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm
EST Monday - Friday.
- We can help you create a design for your apparel. Enter a brief description of
what you would like in the download window. Please remember to enter your phone
number as well. Someone from our digitizing department may want to contact you
to discuss possibilities.
- Any order shipping within the state of Georgia will be subject to 7% sales tax.
To exempt tax please fax your exemption certificate to 770-446-5797 or email us
at admin@sharkerapparel.com.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When paying by company
check, embroidery of your goods will not be scheduled until check arrives. We
accept approved purchases orders from schools and government agencies.
- New logos will take up to three days to digitize. Upon approval, goods will be
embroidered and shipped within ten working days. In the case of out of stock items,
we will estimate backorder date, and suggest a comparable replacement as well.
- 24 hour digitizing; $100.00 per design. 4-day rush service (goods ship within
4 days of approval and receipt of payment) $6 per item, $60.00 minimum. 3-day
service, $9 per item, $90.00 minimum. 2-day service, $15 per item, minimum $150.00.
