Return Policy
Merchandise may normally be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. An exception will be made for purchases made in December for use as holiday gifts. These items may be returned through January 25th using the normal procedure.
Customers are responsible for shipping and insuring all returned and exchanged merchandise. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. The return shipment must include a copy of the original invoice and reference the online RMA number. Refunds will not be issued for items returned without an online RMA number.Top Gear Outfitters will issue a credit to the original payment method or provide store credit for the cost of the item and sales tax, if applicable. Shipping and insurance charges to and from the customer are non-refundable.
