Each garment will be embroidered with the Toyota Material Handling North America logo left crest. Please choose from red or black embroidered logo when you check out. Also at check out, you have the option of adding the #1 Forklift logo on a sleeve on any of the apparel you have selected.

Orders will be ready for pick up in 3 - 5 days, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. EYB Promotions is located at 322 12th Street in downtown Columbus in the Roviar Building.
