Uniform Sale May 1st - May 31st
Welcome to Vidalia Heritage Academy's online uniform/apparel website.
This website is available throughout the year, but the uniform sale will only last through May 31st. (Prices for the SALE are the same as last year). Please know that after May 31st uniforms will be listed at their regular price and can be purchased at any time.
Orders placed after May 31st are not guaranteed to be delivered by the first day of school.
***I encourage you to place your orders during the sale when I am able to receive better pricing due to bulk ordering. After the sale date, the price of uniform items will increase and may fluctuate throughout the year.***
***IMPORTANT*** Please take note of the following CHANGES or UPDATES to uniforms and hoodies from past years.
- The Heritage logo will be embroidered on the polo style uniform shirts and zip up hoodies.
- Hooded Sweatshirts will NOT be embroidered with Applique this year. They will be printed.
- Only the dry-fit type silkier SHORT-SLEEVE shirts will be sold on the website for the UNISEX shirts.
This should make ordering/inventory/swapping simpler this year. (If you specifically want the 100% cotton pique shirts instead (Y500 or K500), please email me at vhauniforms@gmail.com and I will be glad to order those for you and invoice you through PayPal, Venmo, etc.) - Women’s uniforms shirts, Girls French Toast, and ALL Long Sleeve shirts are cotton - no changes from previous years.
Orders will be filled in the order they are received.
Descriptions of Uniforms:
- DRY-FIT (Silkier type) Moisture Wicking Performance Youth (Y540) / Adult (K540)
- CLASSIC cotton piqued Women (L500) uniform shirts.
- Girls Shirts (YOUTH sizes ONLY) are located under their own product category (GIRLS (Youth) uniform polos) -
French Toast slim fit short sleeve (FTSSGirl) and long sleeve (FTLSGirl). There is also a fuller fit regular pique cotton girls shirt with a peter pan collar available. (YG503). - Silkier Material 100% Polyester Pullover Hoodies - Youth (PC590YH) / Adult (PC590H) in CHARCOAL GREY or the NAVY. They will be printed with the Heritage H.
- Regular Cotton Pullover Hoodies - Youth (18500B) / Adult (18500) Navy only. Printed same as above.
- Zip Up Hoodies - Youth (PC90YZH) / Adult (18600) - Embroidered with H on left chest.
- All pricing includes embroidered Heritage logo or printed design.
Placing your order:
- Choose Youth, Polos, Sweatshirts, GIRLS (Youth) Uniform Polos or LADIES from menu on left.
- Select item to order then select Add to Shopping Cart shown on right side of page. **There will be place for you to select a specification option after you have selected your item to order if you need to look at sizing, material description, etc.
- Enter quantity in box beside color and beneath size
- Select Update Cart
- When ordering please verify that you are ordering the appropriate size needed for YOUTH or ADULT. Once you have verified your order, select Submit Shopping Cart.
- Please specify BOY or GIRL print for pullover hoodies in the shopping cart when checking out.
- When ordering please provide student's first and last name and grade for the 2024-2025 new school year for us to label orders for easier pickup.
Payment Options:
Orders may be payed using PayPal by clicking on the Check out with PayPal button at the bottom of the page.
You may also pay by submitting payment directly through your VENMO app to @mbcurl420. You will need to type VENMO in the box beside Additional Information and select the INQUIRE ONLY button at the bottom of the page.
If you choose not to use either of these options, you can mail a check to the address below or leave at the VHA office to the attention of MBC Designs. Please make note of this option in the box beside Additional Information and select the INQUIRE ONLY button at the bottom of the page.
Once payment has been received your order will be processed.

Picking up your order:
ALL ORDERS received by May 31st will be delivered to Vidalia Heritage the week of preplanning.
You will receive an email either from the school or vhauniforms@gmail.com once your order is ready for pick up, so please provide an accurate email when placing your order.
